"A very comfortable, well equipped apartment with superb views over the pool, and the sea. Jose Luis was a great host, nothing by way of help and advice was too much trouble. Only 20/30 minute from the airport, so well located. Would say you need a car if you want to get around. Bus does travel on TF1, but you have to get to TF1 to catch it. We would certainly return."

"We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it met our expectations from the online description. There is only one cause for criticism: one of the blinds in the living room was broken and lowered so that the room was dark. When the keys were handed over there was no indication if and when it would be repaired. Fortunately, we were able to fix it ourselves."

"Ciro met us when we arrived with the keys. He showed us round the apartment which had everything we needed. Comfy beds, good WiFi, well equipped kitchen, and a lovely large sun terrace to sit and eat out on. Would definitely come back again. Poris is very quiet so if you are after a busier locality this probably isn't for you. If you have a car and just want to relax, however, it's great."

"This is a very nice apartment, well appointed and had everything I needed. It was clean, and quiet. Unfortunately, the photos in the listing are a bit misleading, and the pictures of the ocean were not taken from the property at all, but from the beach 1/4 mile away. This property is not ocean front. There is a neighborhood and about 80 steps required to reach the area of the beach. In addition, although the apartment was clean, there was a bad ant and cockroach infestation. I know this is the...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die zwei Terrasen waren super. Auch der Pool sehr groß, Es war ein bisschen nervig, dass man immer Codes oder Schlüssel braucht sowie kein Schatten am Pool war. Der Ort ist klein und beschaulich. Schöner Strand und im Sommer kann man für wenig Geld Liegen mieten. Gute Lokake und tolles Café sowie ein kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt runden das Angebot ab. "

"Spacious apartment, modern comfortable furniture, 2 terraces with great views on the atlantic. We will definitely come back! El Poris is a small fishing village, not touristic, with a small beach, 2 supermarkets, 1 small bar. All for a relaxing holiday. Even our teenagers liked it."

"We stayed here for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time! Location was great as we had the ocean breezes at night and close to the highway and the airport. Dirk and Rita were excellent hosts - they didn't speak much English but we were able to communicate easily. If there was something that we needed, Dirk provided immediately. Would definitely say there again!"

"We had a wonderful week at the apartment, it is in a great location with a fantastic view from the terrace. It is quiet and very convenient for getting onto the motorway to explore the rest of the island. Poris de Abona is very small and quiet which suited us. "This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. They could never do too much from the bed turning down vservice to giving so much more. As it was our anniversary they made our room up with rose petals, a cake, bubbly and so much more. We had a truly exceptional stay. As it was also my birthday they made a wonderful gesture providing cake, wine and so much more. We are definitely returning to our now favorite location."
