"A beautiful place to stay with stunning views and a fantastic pool — ideal for outdoor gatherings.However, it's unfortunate that there’s no air conditioning or fly screens, which made it difficult to leave the windows open. This led to a very hot room at night and a lot of mosquito bites, which significantly affected my sleep."

"This was seriously one of our best experiences ever. Victor was the best host and communicated with us from the very beginning ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable throughout. On arrival he even made sure we got our dinner from a local restaurant making a request for them to make food for us after they were closed for the day. "The property itself was beautiful, isolated from the hustling vessel of Porto, and very inviting. They provided four water taxis per day, which was convenient. They were one way into the city. The room was beautiful, but there was no storage in the bathroom, so you had to put your things away each day or look at them, which looks cluttered. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but the area is beautiful, many lounges to lie in the sun The breakfast was amazing each morning. The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"Wow!!! This old Palace turned hotel is amazing!!! The service was above first class in all areas. Property was lovely. Breakfast was huge and delicious. We did order a late afternoon meal at the bar area because the restaurant didn’t open til 7:30. we ordered hamburger with fries but it came with chips and we ordered the salad with out chicken. They sent to chicken which was very dry. Loved to walk along the water. We took a 1/2 day private tour of Porto highlights which was excellent "
