"Parking included is a real plus in the downtown area. Room is clean and fine. This particular stay it was very loud overnight, more than a usual downtown noise. Staff is great, air conditioned room, shower is good pressure and nice. Location is good and affordable for downtown."

"This is where I regularly stay at when I’m visiting Phoenix, which is three or four times a year. I have been comfortable staying here and I especially like the mornings when they have biscuits and gravy for breakfast. 😋 Sufficient self parking for a hotel that’s close to downtown Phoenix and other major attractions."

"Tv volume in our room was faulty, needed to be at max to actually be able to hear it. Also the shower water pressure was truly one of the worst I have ever experienced."

"The place was very cute, super clean, and the AC worked very well which was just what we needed in the heat. The host was responsive and gave us all of the instructions in a n easy-to-read and timely manner. Would come back!"

"Service was great - the only complaint I have is the parking, it’s forced valet and I think you can actually park yourself around the corner in a garage for cheaper. I would look into avoiding the $45/day valet if I stay here in the future. Otherwise, the location is amazing! "

"The shower was a little gross, there was also a shower cap hanging in the bathroom from the last guest. The only available parking onsite is valet, which is $50 after tax. The staff was fantastic."
