"Excellent, quiet stay—despite the hotel being full. Breakfast had made to order omelets, bacon, juice, attentive service. Above and beyond a standard free breakfast! Beds were a bit creaky and small for double bed room, but still fairly comfortable. Drain was slow in bathroom. Room looked refreshed with plank flooring. Will definitely stay here again as our concert venue was a safe, easy 4 block walk to Simmons Bank Arena. Loved this hotel!"

"The location is convenient for walking to restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Definitely figure out where free parking is located before going. The valet parking is charged every time you need your car, not by the day like the website says. We were there only one night and got charged $66 for valet parking. That was the only negative about the place."

"Property was setup nicely for pets. Fenced backyard with outdoor seating. Host was very pleased to accommodate with complete breakfast menu items provided each day. A full kitchen with all cooking necessities needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Extras like internet, smart televisions and gas fireplace made the stay feel comfortable in a modern cottage. Dining table allowed gathering for meals enjoyable. I would recommend to other people that may need location close to downtown and easy access to Hwy 630 but old neighborhood feel."

"Parking was easy and secure. We missed having breakfast. At the present time, proprietors are only able to provide coffee & recommended a local bakery where we purchased delicious scones. I would advise older adults with mobility issues to try to book carriage as Eliza room and other rooms in house required climbing long staircase. Fortunately Ben, one of proprietors, offer to carry our luggage. Overall it was a positive experience. "
