"Property is very outdated and in need of some much needed maintenance, sink stopper was broken, there was some kind os stain on the wall that looked like dried blood, the chair for the desk was completely falling apart, had to have maintenance fix the extremely loud a/c unit"

"I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet. Which was surprising because the bed was neatly made. We did notify the front desk to have someone come and change the bedding. I will say there is room for improvement on being my mindful when cleaning the rooms. Other than that everything was fine,"
