Charming villa with private pool

Large villa of 220 m2 on garden of 2600 m2, in a residential area near the center of Arles, between Camargue and Alpilles.
Garden, large shaded terraces, dining area and barbecue facing the pool area and beach paved with marble and terracotta, outdoor lounge. Ideally located, close to all amenities, between the beaches of the Camargue and ballads in the villages of the Alpilles, the city of Arles, small Rome des Gaules. All parts of the villa open onto the terrace and pool area without vis-à-vis for a quiet Provencal holiday.
3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath and walk-in shower, as well as 2 single beds in a through room can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The fully fenced property has ample parking space and a carport for 2 cars.

Great villa with fantastic pool

We (4 adults and one teenager) spent a great week in the beautiful villa of Sylvia. The pool and the garden were so lovely that we did some dedicated “pool days” instead of doing the trips we planned. The villa itself is huge and very well equipped; we loved the fridge with the integrated ice cube machine! Sylvia was a very nice and uncomplicated host, we felt like being at home in her villa. All of us have been sad that we had to leave again after just one week.

Old small beds . Old house

There are only 3 rooms with very old and small beds . You can not sleep in it . Not long enough and not wide enough . And one hall upstairs with 2 very old small single beds . You van not rent out this Property when the owner is not doing anutbing . Around the house is a mess . Old furniture and not enough sunbeds .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle et grande maison. Très belle propriété avec piscine aux portes d'Arles

Très belle villa, notamment l’extérieur vraiment propice aux journées de repos dehors: le grand terrain et la piscine y sont pour beaucoup. Très bonne communication et disponibilité de Sylvia qui a assuré malgré un petit désagrément de piscine. Un séjour ressourçant et reposant !

Que dire... à part que la semaine est passée beaucoup trop vite ? :-) Une superbe maison au calme et sécurisée avec un portail électrique, assez de places de parking pour venir en famille, de chouettes terrasses, une très grande piscine et un BBQ extérieur. Nous avons surtout profité des espaces extérieurs et ils répondaient largement à nos attentes ! La maison est bien située, proche d'une zone commerciale et à 45 min des Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer. Sylvia est une hôte très sympathique et nous la remercions car grâce à sa maison nous avons passé une très belle semaine ! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûre !! Cordialement, Karolane

Stunning villa with a huge pool and patio area. Well maintained garden and great parking. Sylvia was extremely helpful and always on hand. The area is stunning with so much to do. We drove easily to Monaco (although I wasn't too keen on it) Avignon only a short distance away if a beautiful town. An absolute must if the Camarge nature reserve.....utterly stunning. I would highly recommend this villa. My family and I had a wonderful time.

La casa consente un perfetto relax tra un'escursione e l'altra, completa e molto ben attrezzata, con un giardino, una dotazione musicale e una piscina che costituiscono un perfetto scenario di vacanza. Molto ben collocata sia per il mare e la Camargue che per la Provenza piu' interna. Circondata da molti sentieri e stradine tra viti e uliveti per gli appassionati del jogging mattutino. Diese bestens eingerichtete, ausgestattete, funktionierende traumhaft schöne Villa im Herzen der Provence können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Jeder einzelne Raum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Durch die Größe des Hauses und der Anlage finden mehrere Personen nach einem anstrengenden Ausflug in der Sommerhitze eine wohltuende Entspannung. Der außergewöhnlich große Pool, umrahmt von typischen Terracotta Fliesen im gepflegten Garten trägt zum richtigen Urlaubsfeeling bei.
