Situated right at the water's edge, you're just a few short steps away from an expansive double-decker boathouse with more than enough room for sunning & swimming, fishing & floating, and even a boat slip for guests' use. (Kayaks, too!)This desirable property boasts year-round deep water and approximately 170 feet of solid rock shoreline. You will be conveniently located just minutes from two marinas offering boat and Jet-ski rentals (1.0 and 2.5 miles, by water).

Emerald Lakeshore features a spacious open floorplan with ample space for everyone. The interior has been tastefully finished & adorned with an upscale traditional decor. The fully-stocked kitchen has all the dishes, gadgets, and utensils you'll ever need. The custom-built dining table has seating for eight. And there's a gas grill on the deck for your use to fix a fantastic fire broiled feast.
