"Emerald Lakeshore" is your destination for this summer's vacation spot! This charming lakefront cottage, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, is the perfect retreat! Situated right at the water's edge, you're just steps away from a spacious boathouse. Located on over 3 acres of land and approximately 170 feet of solid rock shoreline. Enjoy the lovely screened-in room by the lake providing a serene spot to relax. You will be conveniently situated just minutes from Rock Creek Marina.

Fully equipped kitchen - with seating for 8.

Layout of bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed - main floor- full size bathroom

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - main floor - full size bathroom on the hall

Bedroom 3: King size bed - second floor - master bedroom - with pack and play and toddler bed - private bath

Bedroom 4: queen size bed - second floor - master - private bath

WiFi Available.

Lakeside dock offers a swim pier and one boat slip for the guest's use. No boat lift. Two kayaks available on the dock.

NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

House sleeps 9 in beds. 11 maximum occupancy. 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
