"Everything is good"

"The property is in an ideal position close to everything. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. I will definitely stay here again although I feel the price is a bit high"

"It was a wonderful stay at the property! It is very clean with very cool bathrooms, washer and dryer and a large fridge. The owner was always available if we had any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. We were really happy we chose this property to spend our time in Yerevan."

"It was nice, clean apartment. We all love it. Everything was walking distance. Thank you"

"The property was located very well, the room was clean, quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful via help online :)"

"Wonderful stay. This accommodation is close to the bus that goes to and from the airport in Yerevan, so very convenient to get to. Breakfast is also decent, and I found the rooms to be more than adequate in terms of size and cleanliness. Would stay again! "
