The hotel is beautiful, the check-in process was quick; the staff members a very corneous, nice and always sharing a smile. Finding a reservation for the dinner at the special restaurant was difficult. Also we couldn’t get reservations for lunch at the Panaca Hotel because they were only a few spots, despite we went early in the morning (bedore 7:00 am).

Las Heliconias es muy bonito, bellos jardines bien cuidados, equipo humano maravilloso y atento, muy limpias las instalaciones. Al llegar a la habitacion nos dimos cuenta que no habia aire acondicionado y realmente durante el dia hace calor y es muy húmedo. No tienen muchas habitaciones con aire, pero Andres Felipe, el botones, fue muy eficiente y nos consiguió cambiar a una habitacion con aire acondicionado, que estuvo muy buena, amplia y pudimos dormir muy bien. El equipo del desayuno muy amable y la variedad de la oferta bastante buena. El restaurante La Fonda no nos parecio tan bueno, ni el menu ni la calidad.
