We stayed at Decameron Panaca as the base for our travels across the coffee region which worked very well for us. Our rooms were comfortable and had lovely views over the treetops. Having the restaurant on site was convenient too when we wanted a break from the buffet, and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other families looking for an all-inclusive resort to stay in.

Do not stay here - building 4 is a nightmare given its proximity to the electrical and water treatment plant. The noise is unbearable and it lasted all night until 8:30 am. And their pool towel policy is ludicrous.

The resort needs to be updated. I had to be switched from rooms because they gave me the wrong room and both rooms did not have working lights, a working blow dryer, no iron available, and no hot water. The staff was trying to be helpful but the results were not satisfying. The resort had great entertainment and the resort was beautiful.

We are an American couple visiting my wife’s family. We decided to take a nice trip for some fun and relaxation and booked a 3 night stay at the Decameron Panaca. We made the 5 hour trip there and were very excited to check in. Unfortunately we had left our passports at our home in Cali. Although we had our ids (driver licenses and booking info), we were refused entry and denied our reservation. Sadly, we had to make the 5 hour trip back home that night. To make things worse, they refuse to credit us back our money already paid up front. My advice is to stay away from Decameron Panaca (Very unprofessional).

Para hacer un Hotel all Inclusive … se descuida mucho el servicio de los meseros y la atención de las personas podría ser mejor . Pienso que son muchos huésped para personal . Personal no parece estar motivado. La cocina tipo Bufet muy regular … no tienen Room service; el check in muy lento llegamos a las 4 pm y nos entregaron la habitación a las 6:00 pm. Tenemos un niño de 3 años , kks dejaron en el último bloque del hotel , la cama adicional era un sofá cama para nada limpio , se notaban manchas …. El servicio de las persínala de activadas es de la piscina muy Osco. La verdad puede haber mejores hoteles que este para ir famiiia . Lo único es porque tiene un acceso al Puente pananca.
