The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean, which is a great start. However, there is significant room for improvement in the restaurant and breakfast offerings. The quality of the food does not align with the standards expected from a this type of hotels. Additionally, enhancing the security of the room doors would be beneficial, perhaps by adding an internal lock in addition to the basic lock knob.

This is a hidden gem. Landscaped grounds surrounds several intricately finished two story buildings. Staff and restaurant were perfect. Don’t worry about short drive off the main road. This leads to a safe and quiet area separate by forested and golf course like neighborhood. Close proximity to airport does not impact the quiet.

No nos volveremos a quedar en este hotel.

El hotel es bonito pero está poco preparado para entregar un buen servicio a los turistas por el valor que cobran. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, el secador de la habitación y los jabones y shampoos no son de buena calidad. Al llegar no nos quisieron dar la habiatacion una hora antes a pesar de que la habitación estaba lista y disponible, nos propusieron pagar 20% más para poder usar el cuarto antes para dejar nuestras maletas. Cuando tratamos de salir del hotel no nos daban salida hasta no ir a pagar a pesar de que era una decisión del hotel no habernos cobrado al llegar.

Se podría poner en el lugar que hace de comedor unas maquinas dispensadoras de agua, gaseosas, cerveza y galletas de sal, dulce, etc. Para autoabastecimiento 24 horas. Me hizo falta jugo de naranja natural y el cafe servido en tasas de losa o cerámica, no en vasos desechables
