The manager was helpful and friendly. The studio apartment had everything we needed. I would have liked an opening window but the aircon worked well. It was great for an overnight stop or would have been okay for a few days.

This unit was equipped with everything you need including wash/dryer. Alvin welcomed us with useful information. Meal options were available nearby as well as self catering. It was quiet, parking good and excellent value.

Great facilities
What a great apartment - all the facilities you could want: a kitchenette with full oven and hotplates, microwave, full size fridge and sufficient plates, cooking implements, etc, a washing machine and dryer with plenty of places to hang drying garments. The apartment also had lots of assorted decorations giving it a comfortable, homely feel instead of a sterile hotel room. The location was a bit tricky to find but the staff member who contacted me re arrival time gave me enough information to find it. Look for Harvey Norman and follow the signs. My husband thought it was a bit noisy (eg industrial bins getting emptied overnight) but that's a bit rich from someone who snores all night. I slept well. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in apartment 2. Had absolutely every thing you could possibly need from cooking equipment to bathroom necessities. Alvin was our host and he talked us through the kitchen to the bathroom. He is amazing and a asset to the business!

The property is totally misrepresented in advertising. It is attached to the rear of a large shopping complex. The room we were sold had no window other than at great height. Felt like dungeon or cave. No possibility to get any fresh air. We did not stay and are currently waiting for a refund . Terrible property

Short drive into Armidale .Good price for an overnight stay .Clean ,compact and comfortable.Excellent Chinese restaurant round the corner.Alvin as a point of contact ,makes things run smooth .Service station and bottle shop at the back of the premises!!

The rooms are so small and the hot water runs out after only one minute. There are no amenities at the motel and no front desk staff. It’s more like backpackers.

The hot water is instantly so should not run out hot water and the room booked is only a small motel style budget cheap room all other rooms self contained

These apartments are located at the back of a small shopping centre in a car park, Harvey Norman pickup and rubbish area. There is a fantastic Japanese restaurant in the shopping centre and the coffee shop has great coffee and very friendly cheerful staff. Hairdryer had broken button so only worked on cold setting; one light didn’t work; very strange furnishings. Drunk people hanging around centre on both mornings drinking alcohol.

The apartment was totally equipped with with all of our needs. Washing powder and detergent supplied All condiments also supplied. Full size refrigerator. The site Manager was very accommodating, giving us information about the area. Excellent

Enjoyable stay highly recommended
My accommodation was excellent, the room had everything you needed and more. The staff were very friendly and gave suggestions on good places to eat. Great food places just around the corner from the apartments, if you did not want to cook. Quiet location and 6 minute drive to the CBD. Close to all amenities.

This was an excellent place to stay
This was an excellent place to stay. It was only a kilometre and a half from the city centre, and had all facilities one could want including washing machine and dryer. The apartment was well appointed, and Alvin was very welcoming, and helpful.

Everything was perfect. It was really clean and well ordered. Everything was new! :) Caltex convenience shop was just behind the apartment and we could get whatever we needed 24/7. Also Domino and many Asian restaurants and even Harvey Norman! It was so close to the UNE and we could do all our business without any worry. Thanks a lot to the manager Alvin who was really kind and responsive. :)
