"le loueur est un homme charmant qui a des choses très intéressantes à raconter sur son amours des chevaux. Le gite est d'une propreté impeccable et dans un endroit isolé mais à un quart d'heure des courses et une demi-heure de la sous préfecture où il y a tout ce qu'on veut y compris cinéma, théâtre, manifestations festives et culturelles etc.. le hic ce sera la canicule qui ne relève pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire! "Excellent service on arrival. The staff member provided information to us on the local area and discounts we can receive for eating at their recommended restaurant. The hotel is on a retail park, on the outskirts of the town but the shops and eateries are worth a visit. The room was basic, but clean, this was expected. The shower and basin is in the bedroom which was inconvenient when other members of the family were visiting the room. Breakfast was a basic continental offering."

"We’ve just returned from an absolutely fantastic stay and would highly recommend this house.The pool is the absolute highlight. The photos really don’t do it justice — it is huge, beautifully maintained and perfect for adults and children, ranging from 0.9m to 2m. It was cleaned every morning.The table tennis table was a brilliant addition, while the three outdoor seating areas gave us options for sun or shade. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ were fantastic. The only small disappointment was that the outdoor oven wasn’t working, but this didn’t affect our enjoyment.Inside, the living area was comfortable and the small but extremely well-stocked kitchen was very well laid out.The two separate wings worked brilliantly and would be ideal for two families. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, with air conditioning in several bedrooms and hallways. Even at 40C, the villa stayed surprisingly cool.The listing photos appear quite old, as several bedrooms have since been updated, so the house felt more modern than expected. WiFi was excellent, easily handling 7 iPads and 6 phones. It doesn’t reach the pool, but we actually saw this as a positive!The play area could use updating, and two clothes airers were provided instead of a washing line, but neither affected our stay.Importantly, the owners were fantastic — responsive, helpful, kind and never intrusive.We had an amazing family holiday and would happily return. Highly recommended!"

"Hébergement simple et fonctionnel. Juste un peu différents de l'annonce sur le site car ce dernier regroupe les 3 gîtes pour 4 personnes. Nous avons donc eu le plus petit et doté que d'une salle de bain. Également un petit problème avec les portes car ne ferment pas et celle d'entrée frotte beaucoup au sol...En revanche très bon accueil et dépaysement total en pleine campagne avec l'accès à 2 piscines très agréables après de longues journées de balade et visites."

"A beautiful hotel situated in an old windmill, right next to the river, with amazing views. The rooms are lovely, clean and well equipped and the shower is great. All of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Our evening meal was wonderful, as was breakfast, with a wide and varied range of excellent, fresh products. You can wander downstairs to sit by the river, passing through a room containing the workings of the old windmill, a bit like a museum, which is really interesting. There is a huge free car park, including spaces with electric charging points."
