"Parking is ample and easy, breakfast was good with variety, the pool and hot tub provided a fun activity, and the front desk person was very helpful, kind and attentive. He even gave my grandkids pokeman cards!"

"The hot tub is small and only for 6 people max. we had no chance to get in since it was occupied. The shower floor was extremely slippery. i turned on water and almost fell when it was wet. Therefore, i laid towels on for stability. Room is very clean."

"The front desk needs some training on communicating with customers. The photos showcase a pool - please note that there is no hot tub. It said recently renovated, but it was still aging and it showed. The bathroom was dirty as were the room carpets. There are multiple couches situated in the hallways outside of rooms where people congregate and chat loudly at all hours. The hotel may want to invest in some visible security. Multiple sketchy people were loitering and parking is a serious issue here. Did not feel safe travelling with children."
