Welcome home! Visit California wineries in the heart of Gold Country at this 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental. Once you settle into this home-away-from-home, enjoy a rejuvenating cat nap or sip a cocktail on the furnished porch. Two long blocks away, explore Main Street, where you'll find a variety of local shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms. Eager for more adventure? The Space:

When you pull up to the house, you'll enter through gates welcoming you to a huge circular driveway. You'll see a spacious wraparound porch with rocking chairs.



Open the front door, and you'll come into the livingroom with two leather couches, two reclining chairs and a fireplace. In the middle of the built-in floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, there is a smart TV for streaming all your favorites.



To your left is our beautiful pine kitchen, with a custom-built eat-in kitchen table in a bay window.



To your right, down the hall, you'll find the guest bedroom with a queen bed.



The dining room boasts a wood dining table that can expand with leaves. The glass doors in the dining room overlook our backyard, where you'll see an expansive deck with furniture, outdoor dining set, lawn and toys including a basketball hoop and corn hole.



On the main floor we also offer you access to our laundry with a washer and dryer.



Upstairs you'll find the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the bathroom includes two sinks and a separate shower area. The downstairs bedroom offer a queen bed, and the bunk room boasts two bunkbeds (twin over full).



There are children's books and toys in the hall closet and the closet nearest the livingroom.



Guest Access:

Our guests will have full access to the entire house, as well as huge shaded backyard and wraparound porch.



Ample parking is available right in front of our house. Six or more cars can easily be parked.



Pets are welcome! We charge a $80 fee that is due upon booking. Please do not bring any pets—even to visit—without letting us know.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from restaurants and shops on Main Street.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze when you stay at our farmhouse. While we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the scenic beauty of Gold Country and the nearby wineries, you will love how close we are to the action. Main Street is just a short, two block walk away, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants without needing to drive. For those flying in, the nearest major airport is Sacramento International Airport, which is approximately a ninety minute drive from our home. We offer a spacious circular driveway with ample parking for six or more vehicles, so you will never have to worry about finding a spot for your group.



Other Things to Note:

This property sleeps 12 guests in 7 beds, with room for 13 total by using the rollaway bed.



If you bring a dog, please do not allow them on furniture or beds.
