The first floor of this relaxing vacation home features an inviting living and dining area with a table for four, modern and comfortable sectional, twin chair-and-a-half sleeper, large flat screen TV with Bose sound system, DVD player, Roku and two, large patio doors leading out to the spacious backyard patio containing a patio table, charcoal grill and fire pit. Enjoy the peace and quiet as you sip your morning coffee on the patio before heading down for a day of fun in the water or delight in the sound of laughter filling the air as you watch the sun slowly set over the charming fishing pond nearby.

The full kitchen is equipped with Whirlpool appliances and all the pots, pans and gadgets you'll need to make your favorite meal, including many high-quality Pampered Chef cooking tools, Breville convection oven and Vitamix blender.

The first-floor master bedroom contains a king bed and flat-screen TV and is a step away from the full bathroom stocked with luxurious bath linens.

Unwind in the garage living space, which includes a fun bar area, futon sofa, flat-screen TV and automatic garage screen to keep the bugs out while enjoying the warm weather. The garage living space also features a new, modern Murphy bed providing extra sleeping/lounging space and well-thought out storage.

This perfect retreat includes a washer and dryer on the first floor and oversized driveway for three to four cars.

Cabin perfection

This cute cabin is well appointed and has everything you would need for a few days in Okoboji. Much quieter than staying at the Bridges Bay resort hotel, but you still get the benefit of accessing the water park/resort pool. Top-tier touches in the cabin make this a lovely home away from home for us. They even had some firewood outside by the fire pit ready for us. My teen daugthers loved sitting up in the loft area, which offers a stunning view of the pond. We didn't use the bar space in the converted garage, but it would be such a fun space for having friends/family over to socialize without worrying about the bugs. FYI - the bugs are bad this summer due to all of the flooding... bring bug spray and anti-itch cream! This property is lovely and worth the price. The amenities are wonderful. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly. She reached out often to check in and to ask if we needed anything.

This property was perfect for my family. Lots of room, amenities were great, it’s on a little pond with lots of fish, the property owner was great to work with and answered all my questions a d gave me suggestions of things to do a see. I will be planning a trip back to this property as well as telling people about it

Overall rated very good. These are just a few thoughts or suggestions.

1. Though you had no control. It was very disappointing and that we have no knowledge of no swimming pool and limited water park. 2. To many remote control a littler overwhelming. By the time we left we kinda knew which remote went with each light, fan, etc. 3. The third bedroom/ garage with out air-conditioning not good.

Boji Bachelorette Weekend

This rental was a perfect spot to host some friends for a girls weekend in Okoboji! It is very spacious and had more than enough room for everyone to sleep. We loved hanging out on the patio and going to the waterpark. Also within walking distance from downtown. Would recommend! Thank you, Kari!

Great get away. Fantastic house and within a short walk of the water park. Very clean.

We had a great time. The house was very clean and within walking distance to the water park. Our kids loved it. The kitchen is well furnished. The one recommendation that I’d provide is to upgrade to a gas grill. The charcoal grill was in great condition, it just takes longer when you have hungry kiddos. Other than that, I wouldn’t change anything.
