Everything you need for a hassle free vacation. Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Set up great for an extended stay!

Parking: one stall, under the building, inside. Enter from the north, with elevator access. Outdoor Parking first come first serve.

Large East facing deck seats 10 with great views up and down East Lake! **Note - spiders and bugs get bad in the fall - prepare accordingly**

Quick weekend away

Gorgeous lake views. Only downside about the town- many restaurants and shops close Monday and Tuesday, so check into that before visiting okoboji. We loved the location and the town and all of it. Highly recommend.

Great Golf Weekend

We were in Okoboji for a couples golf tournament. We loved the condo and it was a great central location to get to restaurants, golf courses, etc. We loved the view and the open living/dining/kitchen was perfect. We definitely recommend this beautiful condo!

The unit is absolutely beautiful. The view of the lake is wonderful. Communication with the owner was easy, he was very responsive. We loved that there were extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, the list continues. We would definitely go back!!!

Home Away From Home

Condo was fabulous! Very clean, comfortable beds, all the amenities provided for anything we needed! Quiet with a fantastic view of the lake. Just a quick walk to the resort where we had access to all the resort activities. All in all the best Okoboji has to offer!

Family Reunion

Had a very good experience. Owner was responsive to issues that came up. Good view of the Saturday night fireworks. This was the second time we stayed here. Would recommend this property and the owner.

Okoboji vacat

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (teen and two tweens). It has everything you need to cook/grill. The rooms were very comfortable and the deck offers an amazing view of the lake. The water park offered weather day activities (indoor swimming) and was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend!

Million Dollar View and Great Location

This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo was in a great location for everything we wanted to do in Okoboji. We had a group of 28 people staying at 3 different places in Bridges Bay and we were able to walk to all of the other places. Our view was perfect and the Condo was clean and comfortable. Wyatt was quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend. Ann & Rick Petersen

Nostalgic Trip

Owner forgot to have facility cleaned between rentals. Owner apologized and we quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Nice condo with great views. Good location with a short drive to Arnold’s Park. We really enjoyed our stay and the lodging was very comfortable and met all your needs. Would recommend and rent again if in the area.

Amazing patio with sunset view

We are very pleased with our stay and would absolutely one back. It beats staying at any of the outrageously expensive dirty motels in town! We really appreciated having some space with our 2 teenagers. The washer and dryer was nice to have, even though we only stayed 2 nights. At least we came home with clean pool towels and soccer clothes! The best part of this unit is the patio. Watching the sunset from there is a treat!

Great unit! But beware of water park closures

The location of the unit is great and the view of the lake is fantastic. The accommodations were as to be expected - nice but not spectacular. We stayed in the unit over the Labor Day Weekend and the water park disappointingly had one half closed each day - either the inside or the outside area. They say it's because students went back to school and they can't adequately staff both sides, which I can understand but is nonetheless disappointing. They explained that they posted it on the website the day prior to justify the closure - as if that's when I booked the unit with the expectation of a water park area that was 50% larger. If you're going to pay peak season prices, it should be staffed like peak season capacity.

Fabulous location and property! From our deck over looking the lake we could hear the bands at the Store and then watch the fireworks on Saturday night. The property is just as described and well appointed. Check in was super easy and fast. I recommend this property if you want fantastic lake views and great accommodations!

Best Okoboji long weekend!

We have stayed in several VRBO rentals and this one is by far exceptional! I have always had to bring amenities and this condo has everything! The view of the lake was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. You would not be disappointed to stay here.
