Lakefront Okoboji Condo at Bridges Bay! Coronado Condo #100. Sleeps 10.

Luxury fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor lake view condo located at Bridges Bay Resort, the hottest resort in the area. When open, Six (6) free passes daily to the indoor & outdoor water park, best outdoor pool and swim up bar. Crazy Parrot Cantina and Bracco Waterfront Restaurant located in Resort. Huge dock system for fishing.

No worries! All the comforts of a luxury home. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and microwave. Spectacular lake views, beautiful stone fireplace, flat screen TV, six panel doors, tile floor, walk in closets, huge 300 sq ft covered deck.

Master bedroom opens to the deck, has king size bed and his and her sinks. Second bedroom has queen size bed, third bedroom has queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Living room couch has a fold out queen size bed. There is also a pack and play for your use.

Non-smoking condo.

Memorial Day weekend

Our family stayed 3 nights for Memorial Day weekend and this was the perfect place. It had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect location to restaurants and the lake. Communication with owner was great as well.

Perfect getaway

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and very well-equipped. The location couldn't be better for doing things in the Lakes area. Loved having tickets to Bridges Bay. We think we should stay here every summer.

A nice 3 BR 2bath condo! Clean and well furnished.

Very nice condo unit. Close to pool and restaurants at Bridges Bay. Owner very informative and prompt. Prices at Bridges Bay in general are overinflated. We paid more than renting a condo in Florida! Esp since hidden costs (taxes and host fees and cleaning fees) almost double your costs. Food in area ok but not great for price you pay.

Perfect way to enjoy a weekend!

We are from the area, so are familiar location wise. Really enjoyed having a weekend in a nice place without having to worry about a thing. The balcony out facing the lake was a perfect place to sit out with coffee in the morning. We came prepared with kitchen items, so didn’t require many utensils or kitchen tools, but there certainly were plenty provided should we have needed them. Plenty of living space for our group to have privacy but also be able to enjoy the space together! The host was super easy to get in touch with for the couple of times I reached out - very nice guy! Easy, beautiful, and nice way to enjoy the lakes area. Would stay again!

New Year’s Eve

We stayed at this property for New Year’s Eve with three couples. The TV in the living room was not easy to figure out. Instructions from home owner were not correct. Queen bed in the one bedroom is so uncomfortable. The couple complained that it made you roll to the middle so they didn’t sleep very well. The location was great. Will definitely stay at Bridges Bay again but probably not this unit.

Ground level, spacious, clean, and access to pools.

We loved being on the ground floor level. The small children could go out into the yard area easily. We couldn't boat due to the flooding, but having the indoor/outdoor pool at our access made our trip still a lot of fun. My only suggestion would be for one of the bedroom's mattress should be replaced as it sags in the middle and two people roll to the center and even one person was rolling into the center. We had a lot of room for everyone and we also didn't worry about the little ones running around where they could disturb someone if we were on another floor. We had plenty of towels and any kitchen tools that we might need. It was a great place to stay.

wonderful Place

The condo was just what we wanted and needed. Full of stocked utensils, pots and pans, and cooking materials for home cooked meals. When you walk in, the master BR is on the L and the other BR's to the R. The only complaint was that the 2nd BR away from the front door, the bed was not good. My son and his girlfriend stated the mattress was too worn and they kept rolling to the center of the bed. They ended up on the sofa sleeper every night, and that worked out well for them. Also, I would say that if you are traveling to this area---go before Labor Day. The whole town pretty much shuts down after Labor Day and the shopping, restaurants and overall entertainment just started later in the week, like Thurs. or Fri. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend staying at this place. We surely will again if we return. Thanks for all the hospitality!

Solid choice for Bridges Bay vacation

Condo turned out better than we hoped. It was a last minute choice so we could spread our family out and it wasn't directly on the water, but it was a really good price and in the area of the resort we wanted. Turned out it was the base for our family on our week in Okoboji. While not a direct water condo, it does have a lake view. Being back a bit from the water, our deck got terrific shade in the afternoon and evening for sitting and grilling, while the other condos we rented had direct sun that made it hard to utilize the balcony or the grill. There was also a large lawn area for our littles to safely play. Our kitchen was the best of the 3 condos we rented as well. It's big and open with lots of counter seating. Very easy for setting up our evening buffets and enough indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate our family. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes but could use some butter knives. Fridge was roomy and worked well. 1st floor, 1st door gave us great access for packing and unpacking. 1 reserved parking space meant we always had a space close. Host seemed nice. No problems there. Rules were easy enough to understand. Beds were fine. Bathrooms were standard. There is a great amount of seating but desperately need to replace at least the leather couch. We had to sit on 3 pillows we sank down so far in it. The grill did seem a little small for the unit but we made it work ok. Overall, we'd recommend the unit and we'd stay there again.

Highly recommend this condo. Wonderful inside and a great view from the deck. Owner ent above and beyond expectations when we had a vehicle incident that made the length of our stay variable. Extremely accommodating. Again, can’t recommend this stay enough.
