"We brought three grandchildren to the cottage and had a wonderful time! The kids had endless fun on the sandy beach. The cottage was spacious with room for the children to play. The unobstructed view of the Ottawa River in the main room was a real highlight. We would look forward to returning!"

"The bunkie was a perfect space for me, my husband, and our med and lg dogs. There is a beautiful view of the Ottawa River from the bedroom. The host has thought of almost anything you could need, from a guide of trails and attractions in the area, to a tie out on the deck for a dog, a variety of snacks for any type of palate, spices and oils for you to cook with, even instant oats and coffee or tea for the morning if you'd like. It felt very homey and warm, and we could imagine how warm it would be in the winter with the cute fireplace. I dropped one star because the one night we stayed here, the fire stick/t.v. didn't work for us (though we didn't reach out for help) and the bed could use a 2" or 3" foam topper, we had difficulty sleeping. Overall however, we were very impressed with this property."
