Modern Apartments With Shared Pool On A Prestige Quality Complex

Spacious 1 bedroom apartments -both with private balcony overlooking shared pool and landscaped gardens. On a quite, secure complex built on Moorish architecture and developed to a high European standard. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with quality fittings. Situated in Arpora Village, Goa, there are a variety of shops and numerous bars and restaurants serving a range of Asian and European dishes all within walking distance. The hustle and bustle of Baga and Calangute is a 5 min drive as is the extensive sandy beach with its numerous shacks. The apartment is perfectly situated for experiencing a relaxing holiday but if you enjoying exploring then there are several secluded beaches, dolphin watching jungle treks, spice plantations. The apartment is also situated close to the famous Ingo's and Anjuna Flea markets. If you are new to Goa/India then you will be able to get assistance/advice from our English friends who are permanently resident on the complex.

Economic stay
It was an economy apartment with very old facilities. Good thing there was mosquito net in the balcony so no trouble. Cleaning happens every alternate but cleaner hasn’t showed up the last 5 days of my stay during my 13 days stay which we know how piled up it can become when you depart to the airport with junk not removed. Rest of the sides where the private villas are offered m not sure how they do it there so would like to stick my comments only for the apartments offered. Parking was really full whenever I got back after 9pm Or in other words insufficient for a car. Staffs are friendly and cooperative no doubts otherwise! Good for a stay with no luxury options!

This apparment is located in an area with a few great restaurants and bars near by.
We stayed here for 3 weeks and this apparment is great with all amenities are supplied. Located just outside Calangute in a quiet area. The pool is only for residents so it's easy to get a sunbed. The owner is very understanding and will help with any issues you have. This apparment is a must foe a relaxing break. Thanks to Harish and family.

We will miss that pool.......
Lovely little apartment with a perfect view of pool and garden. We booked very late, only after arriving in Goa, but the owner was super helpful and got everything organized quickly for us. The apartment is on a fantastic complex, a quiet little oasis located just off a busy road with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We had a scooter for exploring and visiting other areas. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for having us, we had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Vandhanerne utætte, så vandet løber ud over borde. Vandet til bruser skal løbe længe før det bliver varmt. Dejligt velfungerende køleskab, og gode myggenet på Terrasen. Dejlig swimmingpool
