    Located on the 1st floor of a detached house, 80m from the sea, the owners welcome you to this peaceful and relaxing place.
    Separate entrance and secure parking.

    The independent apartment from the rest of the property is composed as follows:

    - a large fitted kitchen / living room: hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, dual-function oven, plancha.

    - a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as a large storage cupboard with wardrobe.

    - a bright bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub and storage cupboards as well as a towel dryer.

    - a separate toilet

    In front of the bay windows of the living room you will enjoy a pleasant 25m² terrace with a view of the garden and the Gulf of Morbihan (opposite the island of Arz). Facing south, and sheltered by vegetation, the latter is equipped with a garden furniture, deckchairs and a large awning.

    The spacious, pleasant and bright apartment will satisfy your desire for rest and calm.

    Access to the sea is by footpath in less than 2 minutes.
