"We were 6 in the property- grandparents, parents and children. The property was furnished to a good standard (all bedrooms are doubles but our boys shared a bed). Kitchen very well stocked. WiFi was set up with plenty of routers but didn’t work while we were there and didn’t get fixed. Pool was heated (a massive bonus) and I would guess about 8x4m in size. Supermarkets 10 mins away by car - all open Sunday mornings."

Loved being able to walk to the boulangerie in the morning and the many restaurant options in the evening. "This is a wonderful place to stay, close to Orleans and within easy reach of both towns and countryside. The gîte was clean, very well equipped and the owner friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villagers were also friendly and forgiving of our French!! The swimming pool at the gîte was a high spot for us all and we swam every day. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"Lots of space for the family to explore and relax. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is a wonderful. The gardens are gorgeous! The VRBO app was unreliable but Victoria was accessible by phone. Her Gardner was very helpful and it was nice to have someone on site. The town is quaint with excellent restaurants. Great place for families with children."

Great base for a bouldering trip with friends
"18 of us stayed in this lovely house for a week. We loved having the large garden, especially the outdoor games on offer. The house itself was really nice with a good size lounge, well appointed kitchen and separate dining room. The local village is very quiet and the nearest town has a great bakery and a few supermarkets. If you're visiting the area to boulder, there's one spot only a ten minute drive away (Buthiers Piscine) and many more great options within easy driving distance. The only thing I'd advise is going with a slightly smaller group, 15 max. It's really only big enough for that many as there's not quite enough spaces around the dining table nor seats in the lounge to fit 18 and three people have to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Also, 3 bathrooms between 18 is a stretch. Communicating with the owner was very easy, they were really helpful and responsive. We would happily stay here again, with a slightly smaller group!"
