Cant review as no corrospondance in english and we begged him for how to get into apartment.only front door open making us to book 2 more hotels to spend our time in Arras.we have repeatadly asked for our money back £260 but never had reply also we are taking the case to court for having to pay other hotels which amounted to over £5⁰0.we want moneies back now as we are pensioners and dont have any money at all untill 3rd september.we have been interviwed by tv and newspapers regarding this.
