"The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. "The receptionist Simona was amazing in enabling us to check in earlier than the check in time as per our email request. Even on check out the lady at the reception on the day was helpful in enabling us to check out a bit later than the usual check out time. I would highly recommend this hotel for the warm reception we got from the staff and it felt safe staying at the hotel."
