"Staff not helpful. We put a sign not to clean room. But they cleaned room and they threw away all the food that we just ordered that was on top of the counter. They were supposed to refund or give us food but never did"

"Check in process left a lot to be desired, but once everything was straightened out our stay was great. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was clean/well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly for the most part. Within walking distance to Broadway. Neighborhood seemed safe."
