We really enjoyed our stay at The Pines Resort. The staff was so courteous and welcoming, which made a big difference right from the start. The place was spotless and very comfortable. We also loved the location—Beavercreek has so many great places to shop, eat, and just spend time together as a family. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely coming back. "

"Great property but pool was closed but had a hot tub outside but did close at 10pm.
Great price and restaurants are really a 2-3 min walk.
Free parking is great but a lodge fee of $15 per night.
Lacked amenities and one clean per stay.
Felt like the movie the Shinjng as off season and mostly empty but it worked well."

"Reed was incredibly polite and responsive to all of my questions. He sent 6 short videos to acquaint us to Sun Cloud and our unit, which were informative and helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and a perfect location for celebrating our nephew’s wedding at The Ritz."
"The location was roomy; provided good views; had all the amenities we required; and was close to what we needed in Avon, including the parking lot where we were picked up for our rafting trip. Traffic noise at night was a minor nuisance."
