Excellent central coast stay.

Gathering to bring 4 generations together in near by Santa Maria. Property is well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a special added bonus. Great location.

Perfect Get Away

We enjoyed this property for a weekend. The guest house is modern with nice furnishings offering indoor/outdoor living. The yard is spacious with beautiful landscaping, and the pool is wonderful. We loved our visit and will be back again!

Best vacation rental ever!

The pictures don’t do enough to show how fantastic this place is. Everything is perfect. Peaceful and spacious. Going to be an annual stop for us!

This Place is Fantastic!!!

This is the second time I have stayed there and was just as amazing as I remembered it. It is a beautiful place to stay in a great city. Plus the pool and hot tub are so great. The privacy at the rental is really nice and you are really close to the downtown of Arroyo Grande. Overall, I really love staying here and plan to again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We were looking for a place that was quiet for a family get together with dogs. This was a Ritz-Carlton experience from start to finish. Great location, peaceful, well equipped, immaculately clean and superb pool.

Great Home

Even though it’s a guesthouse, the places is very spacious. Clean and simple accommodations. Grounds are maintained beautifully to enjoy the pool. Be aware that the house requires entry through stairs and is split level.

Great property

We enjoyed are stay. The property was well kept, maintained and clean, from the grounds to the bedrooms. House rules were reasonable and pool hours generous. And the location was perfect, everything was accessible, close to good restaurants and beaches. Also communication is important to me and it was easy with Whitney. It was a great holiday weekend.

Great city getaway

We stayed her for a long weekend, looking to get away from the city and enjoy a different scenery. The guesthouse was perfect for our family + dog needs--clean, comfy beds, plenty of space indoors and outdoors, fully equipped and with nice amenities. Michael was also very responsive and thoughtful about our late night arrival, arranging to have extra lighting on the property so we'd have no problem getting in. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfy getaway!

A little piece of heaven

We stayed 3 days over a weekend and completely enjoyed every minute. The location is very quiet and the guest house is nicely setup with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove but there is a nice grill with a burner as well as two hot plates. I wished the pool was heated but it was warm enough that we enjoyed it during the stay.

Wonderful Guesthouse-completely reinforces why I will never stay in hotel again

Owners could not have been more accommodating. wonderful location close to everything. Guesthouse fully stocked-did not have to go to store for anything other than food. pool-pool table-exercise equipment-videogames. Although we were away from home we felt completely at home.

Wonder Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival there was a cute little sign welcoming us, the guest house was so clean. The kitchen had everything that we possibly needed. My kids absolutely loved the backyard, there was so much room for not just them to run around but our dogs enjoyed it as well. The kids also really loved the pool. Everything is in super close distance to the house, which is super convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. We hope to visit again next summer.

Great guesthouse

We had a wonderful stay with our dog and two boys. We made great use of the hot tub and heated pool. The auto cover is great for safety and peace of mind. Our dog enjoyed the large yard. It is fenced, however, it is open to the driveway area without a gate, so we kept our dog leashed/tied when we couldn’t have eyes directly on her. Take note there is no oven, but the microwave can be used as an oven. No washer/dryer, but who wants to do laundry on vacation? Location was great, and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed our trip and our stay at this house was great. The house has plenty of space, the kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need. The overall space was just amazing! The Yard was of course my favorite! (I love outdoor spaces). I loved the privacy we felt even though the main house is just beside the guest house. We had the property to ourselves and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! For those who are thinking about booking here DO IT!! Oh and bring a camera! I took some really pretty portraits of my family while we were here in the yard the landscaping is a beautiful natural backdrop! Will definitely book again!

Awesome property but one comment

Overall property is great. Hot tub was fun and landscape cool. The only negative was that there were not enough towels! There were 4 adults and one baby- we stayed two nights for a wedding and had to get ready both nights Luckily my husband always packs a towel “just in case” well- he needed it! None of us had enough towels! At this price point you should have 2 towels per person per day and or have a washer and dryer for use! Esp with the pool only 4 pool towels were provided for 5 humans two days!

Charming Getaway!

This was the perfect retreat for my husband and two dogs and me. I was able to attend my conference, while the rest of the pack enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living. The property was very clean and comfortable. The guest house had all the amenities we needed, including access to the hot tub/pool, which was so nice after a long day. We appreciated all the personal touches inside and outside which made it feel as though we were truly on vacation. Most of all we appreciated how communicative Michael was before and after our stay! Arroyo Grande is a charming area to explore. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

Such A Special Space!!

Our stay could not have been better! Our family trip included two older teens and twin 10 year olds. This place was perfect to relax and connect with the kids. Not a single complaint was had from the teens or the twins, as a matter of fact, they have already started planning a return visit! The pictures do not do the pool or yard justice, it’s more beautiful in person! We enjoyed family meals on the patio and trips into Pismo Beach and Downtown SLO. The home is situated in such a way that the teens each had their own rooms and privacy when they needed some quiet space away from the younger boys. My room was beautiful and provided some quiet time for me too! It was large enough to put an air mattress in for the twins until they were comfortable enough to sleep on the pull out couch - which they rated five stars. All beds were extra cozy. Our small dog absolutely loved the yard. Bring a camera, lots of places to take photos in the immaculate yard! The hosts home is on property, but we were given absolute privacy. The communication was excellent as well. We definitely hope to return!!
