The “Clubhouse” in the Village of Arroyo Grande

  • We are a short 5-minute walk to the historic "Swinging Bridge" and the Arroyo Grande Village with a lot of dining and shopping
    options. Our home has plenty of parking, a huge deck, a remodeled kitchen.......and we are only minutes from the beach, Lopez Lake, and several golf courses.
