Cozy, tranquil adobe condo (Taos Home Occupation Permit HO-20-2022) nestled in the mountains with scenic views of the Valdez Valley. A peaceful, rustic retreat near Taos, Taos Ski Valley (10 min), and the artsy village of Arroyo Seco. Hiking, skiing, shopping, and rafting are minutes away. Upstairs: two queen bedrooms with en suite full baths, electric fireplaces, and a balcony to enjoy the view. Downstairs: chef’s kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa and small vinyl collection, full bath, and open area to relax and grill. Mountain setting with softer, ambient lighting. AWD/4WD recommended year-round.

Really neat location tucked on a hillside above Valdez. The unit has been updated with quality furnishings and is a great place to relax with easy access to skiing and town.

Fall weekend trip

Impressive condo by the mountains with a stream running along the road and the changing trees were spectacular. The rooms were beautiful but our favorite part was the down stairs living room. We can’t wait to visit again.

Great Taos getaway place!

My husband and I stayed for a few days on an anniversary trip. The venue was very comfortable, lots of extras included. The communication from the owner was excellent and friendly. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was very nice. The kitchen was as described and we'll appointed. The living room area was very relaxing and you can sit outside or on the deck upstairs and enjoy the mountains.

Had a great stay in the general Taos area. We particularly liked the kitchen and all of its amenities. Beds were comfy, wifi worked great, and our teen was happy (haha)! The location was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We hope to return later this year.

Well Stocked and Homey

Loved our stay here. We came to ski so the location between Taos proper and the ski resort was optimal. You can tell the owners spend time here as it is well stocked and homey. If you like to cook, they have you covered! Communication was great and everything in the unit was well marked.

Great Spot! Helpful hosts!

We had a wonderful time at this spot. The place was beautiful, the beds were comfty, and the kitchen was stocked with really nice cooking utensils. The hosts were lovely, and even ordered a pack and play and made sure there was a noise maker when we said we were bringing an infant. We will certainly be back, and may even try to book again this winter!

Cozy mountain retreat

Excellent location with everything one needs for a stay. Split level design was a bit of a challenge for one of our party. The upper balcony was great for watching the sunset. We had deer visit in the evening. Spent the mornings downstairs outside or inside by the windows watching the sunrise and the birds.

Absolutely fantastic

Property as described. Completeness and the amenities are just like your at your own house. Drive to TSV 15 minutes. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need. TV’s in each room and everybody gets their own bathroom, doesn’t get much better. Definitely stay here again next Taos trip.

Taos Ski Valley get away

The property was just right for our two day ski trip. The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped. A quick 20 minute trip to the ski area and 10-15 minutes to great restaurants in Arroyo Seco, El Prado and Taos. Our favorites were Taos Cow, Orlandos and Medley. There was quite a bit of snow on the ground so we did not use the outdoor areas but I enjoyed watching daybreak from inside the cozy living room.

Cozy getaway

This condo is off the beaten path. It’s quiet and a lovely place to stay. It’s is set up so well for a getaway weekend. It’s thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The beds are comfortable. If you want a fluffy pillow you might bring one. The kitchen had everything I wanted to use when cooking. There are quite a few items that have been left in the pantry such as spices and some basic supplies. It was nice to have them there. We would certainly stay there again.

Perfect place for ski week at Taos

This is an excellent, clean and comfortable condo to stay in for a ski vacation/ski week at Taos Ski Valley--plus friendly, responsive hosts who want to make sure you have a great experience. The condo itself is decorated nicely with lots of attention to detail--even the knobs and handles are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. There are printed, clear instructions for everything--coffee makers, light switches, etc. And the kitchen has a variety of cooking/serving dishes/pots, as well as many items on hand (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, spices, etc.) that are very helpful! The master bedroom has a lovely view of the mountains, as does the downstairs kitchen/living area. Taos Ski Valley is about a 17-minute drive from the condo, so it's an easy trip. In addition, the condo is less than a 10-minute drive from the cute village Arroyo Seco, which has some cute shops, coffee shops, and restaurants; I recommend ACEQ. The town of Taos is about a 15 minute drive. Great location for this condo!!!! The hosts are communicative, helpful, and responsive. My friend and I will definitely want to come back next season! I highly recommend this place.
