Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La maison est très calme et en même temps, tous les commerces sont à 2 mn à pied. La literie est confortable. En plus nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un très beau soleil toute la semaine ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ganz ruhig, trotzdem ist man in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum und auf dem Markt von Ars-en-Re.

La maison est idéalement placée, à quelques minutes à pied du centre du village, ainsi que d'un petit supermarché extra! À 19mn à pied de la plage. Place pour la voiture dans la cour avant de la maison. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Les pièces sont grandes. Rien ne manque à la cuisine. La petite cour sans vis à vis permet de manger dehors (même à cette période). L'accueil du propriétaire a été fort sympathique et tout est simple avec lui. Tous les sites de l'île de Ré sont magnifiques, randos, balades, pêche à pied... Vignes, plages, marais salants, ports, citadelle... C'est infini! Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter à vélo autant le la partie nord de l'ile (St Clément, Le phare, Les Portes, la plage de trousse chemise et retour par les marais salants) que les environs de Loix et la plage du Groin à l'est, et enfin, un peu plus loin, une boucle vers Saint Martin, La flotte et Le Bois-Plage. Un ensemble de pistes cyclables super sympa.

Emplacement idéal. Tout se fait à pieds. Le logement est très bien équipé au calme avec un bel extérieur bien clos pratique avec un chien. Très bon séjour. Propriétaire disponible.

Location très bien située, à 5 minutes de tout (5 minutes à pieds pour le centre et les courses, 5 minutes en vélo pour la plage et le marché) Maison très fonctionnelle, avec place de parking et terrasse complètement fermée. Environnement hyper calme. Bref parfait pour des super vacances !

La maison est très agréable, très lumineuse, située à proximité des commerces et du centre du village. En 15 min on est sur la plage. On a bien apprécié la grande terrasse et le bbq L'équipement est parfait pour un séjour de vacances.

Une maison très bien située dans le village d'Ars : tout peut se faire à pieds. Un propriétaire à l'écoute, arrangeant et accueillant (merci pour les caramels). Une maison plutôt bien agencée avec une terrasse donnant sur de la verdure et le fameux clocher d'Ars. Zone et venelle particulièrement calmes durant notre séjour. Sans doute faudrait-il à la maison un petit rafraichissement pour certains équipements (cuisine, remplacement des couvertures par des couettes, certaines huisseries) et la décoration (un peu hétéroclite et datée) afin d'améliorer le confort global. Nous sommes toutefois très satisfaits de ce séjour automnal.

We have had a wonderful week here, Sylvain our host very kindly picked us up from the airport and showed us around the apartment and gave us some local info which was really useful, would thoroughly recommend, plus location is perfect. Can’t wait to return. Only criticism is having to bring your own linen which adds to the weight issue when flying with Ryanair

Maisonnette bien équipée et idéalement placée pour éviter l'utilisation de la voiture durant notre séjour (location de vélos, supérette, boulanger et autres restos à moins de 2 min, plages à 5 min). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme des lieux et ce, en pleine saison estivale.

A couple of minutes walk to nearest supermarket and chemist. V close to the centre where there are restaurants, a post office, tourist info, excellent boulangerie (5 mins walk) and bicycle shop at the end of this road. Could not be a more perfect position! Very close to bus stop for airport and other villages too. Walking distance from the sea. Lovely accommodation with completely private courtyard out the back. Everything you need inside, but no oven. However, there is a microwave and a stove, which was all we needed. Very clean place and such a kind and friendly owner, who even drove us from the airport all the way to Ars! Would highly recommend. Ars is a long way into the island, so need to think about transport if coming by plane, but we enjoyed the air-conditioned coach back to the airport from the bottom of our road. Couldn't have been easier!
