"The room was very clean. The view from our balcony was excellent with a perfect view of the sunrise and beach. The restaurant downstairs was excellent but we thought the live music was a bit too loud. We couldn't hear what the person was saying behind the front desk. The staff was very nice and polite. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Great location to walk down to the beach. Sometimes local events going on in the area. Nice bar and super friendly staff. Parking on premises is $15 for self parking. Breakfast is great. A lot of options and very clean dining area. Would recommend for families and plan on staying again. "

"For the rate we paid, I would have much rather stayed at a hotel. The house had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt dirty from the moment we walked in. Towels were dingy, the TVs barely worked, and the furniture felt more like dorm room pieces—not suitable for a comfortable adult stay. We didn’t even use the blankets because we were genuinely concerned about what might be under them.Several windows were left unlocked, which made us uneasy, especially given the sketchy area. There were homeless individuals frequently walking down the street, and the home is right by a homeless park.The one upside was the location near McGee Beach and being able to use scooters to get to and from the beach soccer tournament. But overall, this stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend it."
