"An absolutely unforgettable stay! By far the best hotel experience we've ever had, everything from the beautiful building, amenities, food and the incredible staff. Our room was even better than we imagined and every detail was thought of, the little welcome snacks and wine in the room were a lovely touch. "Where to start with this place... Honestly, such a hidden gem, set in a very tranquil countryside farm setting. What they've done with the hotel is amazing, a 400+ year old chapel (finca) which has been tastefully renovated and now serves as a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was amazing, welcomed us warmly it was like visiting a family member that you haven't seen for a long time. She shown us around upon check-in and gave us details of the property's history. Pool area was nice and relaxing,...

"Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet établissement et avons beaucoup apprécié son emplacement. Il y avait un stationnement public gratuit à cinq minutes à pied. Toutefois, nous avons rencontré des difficultés pour dormir en raison de l’air climatisé, qui manquait réellement de puissance. Nous en avons informé la réception après notre première nuit, et bien qu’ils aient pris note de notre situation, nous n’avons jamais reçu de retour de leur part. C’est regrettable. De plus, la petite piscine sur le toit aurait nécessité un bon nettoyage. Pour le reste, l’hôtel est magnifique et bien décoré. La personne à la réception était très accueillante. En raison des problèmes liés à l’air climatisé, je mets quatre étoiles sur cinq, car ces trois nuits ont été éprouvantes."

"Wir waren Ende Juni 2026 mit drei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern (Baby, 4 und 6 Jahre) in dem schönen Eckhaus von Isabel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Inzwischen haben alle drei Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren. Der große Esstisch draußen ist leider recht kaputt, sodass wir dort nicht hinsitzen wollten und der Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine funktionieren zwar, sollten aber ersetzt werden, alles andere war super, weshalb wir einen wundervollen Urlaub dort verbracht haben. Vielen lieben Dank Isabel!"

"Very relaxing hotel and surroundings. Organized breakfast and many selections. The view from the room was exceptional. Stage accommodating Dinner is a bit pricey but well presented and taste was great. The sign to the reception to check in was hidden by their blue truck in the handicap parking area. Maybe the signage could be larger for anyone to see."

"Really Wonderful hotel in a former family home ! Staff are superb and couldn’t enough for us during and before our stay. Located about 150 meters from free parking it’s very easy to get to without getting lost in Arta which we did last year. Breakfast was great, super variety and super fresh. 2nd time we’ve stayed in Arta and would recommend this hotel without a 2nd thought. Hotel is very quiet and it was a delight to stay in Thank you Felix and your wonderful team"
