A very comfortable and luxury maisonette at a suburb of Arta named Kostakioi.Just renovated in June 2019.It has an autonomous heating-cooling system ,heat pump,net metering solar system,air conditioning inverter in every room,fan roof and insulated roof.Is 120m2 3master bedrooms,1 master bathroom,1 w.c.,1 traditional fire place,one kitchen,and a very big living-dining room.It has four big balkonies ,and a yard with plants and trees.Outdoor furniture.Air condition,flat t. v. in every bedroom,very comfortable closets in every bedroom.laundry machine,dishwasher.A big bath tub ,2 w.c.,3 sofas,2 of them sofa-beds,wall pictures,etc.
