Holiday Home Garballo with Garden, Terrace, A/C, Wi-Fi & Shared Pool

In Betlem, a municipality close to the town of Artà, the Garballo holiday home enchants guests with its cosy Majorcan charm. It consists of an open-plan living/dining room with adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite TV and a children's high chair.

A balcony, a private garden area with Mediterranean plants and a terrace including outdoor furniture and barbecue offer a private space to relax. The large pool (20 x 9 m), however, is shared with other households.

In the surrounding area you will find a restaurant (260 m), a café (4 km), a supermarket (4 km) as well as the sea with beautiful bathing spots and bays like Cala Fonda (280 m). The old town of Artá is 15 minutes away, with a great selection of pretty shops and restaurants and the old fortress-fortress. Capdepera, with its hilltop castle, and the resort of Cala Ratjada are nearby, and Alcudia is within 20 minutes' drive. Golf, sailing and many beautiful beaches are in the area. The famous Drach caves are an exciting day out, as is the town of Pollensa with its Sunday market.

Pros: This is our second visit and we have just booked our third. Beautiful, spacious home, comfortable BIG bed and quiet air-con. There is everything you need in the kitchen but all those irritating things that you buy every year and lug back home, like buckets and spades, etc are already there. Even beach towels are provided and a sun umbrella. Since last we visited there is WiFi and the signal was great. We have rented holiday houses all over Europe and we have never returned to any of them three times...That says a great deal.

The house is well furnished and has everything you need. Both the pool and the tennis court was extensively used. Can also recommend the trip which is marked just before Betlem, which has the most beautiful view from the mountains. We Can Highly recommend the house. Regards from Denmark

Pros: Esta casa es formidable. Bajo nuestra opinión, mucho mejor de lo que parece y se muestra en las fotografías en la web. Casa espaciosa, con sol, y que ofrece todas las comodidades y servicios. Ubicada en zona muy tranquila para poder relajarse. Limpieza: Perfecta. Excelentes instalaciones: Piscina, Pista de tenis, jardincito. Muy cerca de la casa: Bar, restaurante, y Kiosco (Diari de Mallorca y prensa extranjera). Propietarios: En todo momento atentos para responder a las pocas preguntas que nos surgieron. Algún aspecto negativo: Los mosquititos mallorquines por la noche. Pero tomando un par de medidas, desaparecen :-) Te quedas con ganas de volver. Saludos.

Pros: We had a great summer holiday at this lovely villa. It was so well situated - close to pool (never crowded), tennis court, shop and restaurant - and very well equipped. It was spacious and comfortable, with a terrace for outdoor dining and a balcony for sunbathing by day and star gazing at night. Loved going to sleep hearing the waves crashing in the distance and waking up to the view of those spectacular mountains. There are some great walks around Betlem - the views from above the Hermitage are out of this world. I would say that having a car is essential though for shopping and for getting to good beaches, etc. We had prompt and friendly communication with the owners and would strongly recommend this accommodation.

We searched for a while on various major websites for a good accomodation that offered clean and spacious rooms as well as a pool, and this as far away possible from the nightscene of Mallorca. The accommodation offered all this without exceptions at a more than reasonable price. Communication with the owners was also very good. In case of questions or remarks we could immediately call the owners and they resolved the matters immediately. Greatly recommended!

Pros: A comfortable and spacious house in a beautiful little village. We enjoyed our stay very much here! The house is very nice, with beautiful views over the mountains from the veranda. The pool is very large and has a large area for children: perfect with small children. The village of Betlem is beautiful, with some nice little beach coves (though quite rocky) and a very nice restaurant (Casablanca). The owners gave nice recommendations on things to do in the area.

Pros: The villa is in a perfect position with a short walk to the sea, small shop (only open on the morning) and two nearby restaurants. The villa is nicely presented with everything you might need. We really appreciated the beach/ tennis/ pool accessories left and games and DVDs provided. There are lovely views of the sea and mountains and the villa felt very relaxing. There was a small private garden to the back which was very relaxing to sit out in for meals and watch the sun go down. Betlem is very unspoilt and there is a sandy beach, restaurants and a slightly larger shop 5 minutes away in Colonia St Pere. It is a good base for exploring Majorca but I would advise hiring a car. Pool and tennis courts on site well used and never too busy. Great holiday for us and our kids aged 10 and 12- a lovely villa
