Adjacent restaurant very good (margaritas not so good) but some late nite kitchen noise as our room evidently butted up against their back wall....didn't really interfere with our sleep. Overall a great stay, would definitely go back."

The Murphy bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses that I have slept on and comfortably fit my partner and I. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The house is an easy 10 min drive into Artesia. "

"My family stayed at this wonderful house while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Sitting Bull Falls. We loved how organized and labeled everything was in the kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the game room, especially the pool table. They were also thrilled to be responsible for feeding the Koi fish during our stay.The location was an easy drive to each of our adventures, and the house was also very quiet at night. We would definitely recommend this house!"
