"Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us."

Rachel, Dylan, Josiah, Rose, Naleta, and especially Devika were all super wonderful! They were very friendly, helpful and extremely accomodating at all times. They did their very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we greatly appreciate their efforts and kindness. Kudos to the owner as well for ensuring that our needs were met. "Just got back from a week at 592 Hospitality. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they were always available for any questions we had. The building was clean and secure and I loved the location! Smooth check-in even though it was the middle of the night. Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again. "
