"Full hotel so lots of people, would be nice if all the hot tubs were working."

"The room itself was clean. The problem is the lobby and hallways smell so bad of smoke mixed with something else gross. My TV volume worked but it wouldn't go quieter than 14. I'm not sure why but like clockwork, 11:30pm every night I was here the vacuum cleaner was on and I could hear it loud and clear from my room. Guests here are fairly noisy during late hours in the night (Like 2am). The towels may have been clean but they are stained and just look really gross. The windows are cheap so if it is windy it'll be a noisy night."

"Kids had a blast at the pool, breakfast was good. Ample parking. Close to mall, shopping, eats (walking distance)"

"The night staff that checked us in were pleasant. But after that the service was terrible, front desk in the morning belittled us. The room had an odour that wouldn’t go away. The tub wouldn’t drain and they wouldn’t switch rooms. There was black gunk that ran out of the tap. No hospitality. "

"The property is new, a lot of scuffs on the doors and corners. Still very quiet place"
