"An amazing place to stay and visit; we loved our little cottage and the gardens. Our hosts were just lovely and we can't wait to visit again some time! Our only regret; staying just the one night!!"

"We were in the Iris room which was lovely and had a river view. The room was very clean and well appointed. Continental breakfast was included which was delicious. My husband had the cooked breakfast which was very reasonably priced. We really liked Rachel and enjoyed our chats and her helpfulness. We highly recommend this place"

"The property was a lovely space for our family once we got into the property. Getting into the property was problematic as the lock box code did not work we rang Moxxia for the code and we were provided with another code that also didn't work. Luckily the maintainence man lived next door and gave us his code which worked. Our departure procedure said we should put the dishwasher on before we leave there is no dishwasher! The rubbish was not clear there is a fogo bin outside but no fogo bin inside only general waste and recycling."

"A hiccup with Checking in but all taken care of in a relative short time, and the Host was very apologetic and incredibly organised in how he managed the situation. Very pleasant Host, great location and ammenities, lovely and warm on the cold winter days and snug dry and warm when it was raining. Set up is all you need, and to have such a lovely place to stay with my dogs, and be so warmly welcomed our three night stay was terrific. The bed for me was very comfortable I had great nights sleep. I will be back to stay with my dogs in the future. thanks so Much Chris. My dogs and I had a wonderful, and very restful time due to how great your place is. The Location is central and a short walk to the Hotel and the Roadhouse, the platypus lake and a lovely walk for humans and dogs. Quiet, peaceful, with good parking, very comfortable lounge dinning area. The lighting for if you come in after dark is great too. We will be back."

"David and Libby have clearly put a great deal of thought and hard work into this property. It's clean, and very well equipped with quality furnishings and appliances. The view is nothing short of spectacular, and while it's a great base for exploring NW Tasmania, we were very happy to just sit and relax!"
