When we arrived at Blue Lake Lodge no one was there and the place was all locked up. Tried to phone the lodge but rang out to a full answering machine. So clearly something wrong with their booking system.

Lock box code as visible on app and via email incorrect. Eventually contacted host after finding alternate accommodation and correct code was given by host so we stayed the 2nd night. Expedia app doesn't handle VRBO booking messaging or host contact at all. Only managed to contact owner on web after ...
