On the Jurançon wine route, on the heights of a hill, in a quiet area 15 minutes from PAU city center and 5 minutes from shopping centers, old family farmhouse composed of several buildings. The cottage is located in the main house, the owner lives in the outbuildings (old barn). He will be discreet so as not to disturb your privacy. Each has access and private outdoor spaces without vis-à-vis. On the ground floor: - Friendly, well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer, induction cooking) - Dining area opening onto a pleasant south-facing terrace with a view of the woods and meadows of the estate (3 private hectares). - Warm living room (TV, fiber internet box in WIFI - office area for teleworking). - 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160). Shower room, separate toilet. - Cellar (washing machine) Upstairs: - 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90x200 - Office area - Dressing room - Full bathroom: shower, bathtub, toilet The beds are made for your arrival. Towels are provided. Baby equipment. Electric heating and air conditioning extra. Cleaning 100 euros. No parties - No evenings. Car parking in the courtyard. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Departure for mountain biking or hiking (marked path) from the cottage. Close to Pau but also close to trails, paths and the Gave, Detached house with indoor swimming pool and WIFI...
