"bathroom small for a junior suite and no bidet and seperate shower cubicle. the Hotel is amazing. I didnt mind paying for car parking but we did mind being charged 20 euro each to use the indoor pool !!"

"This hotel is a family run hotel. The staff are very attentive and willing to help. A home made 4 course traditional French cuisine evening meal is available and is prepared by the family. The evening meals are excellent as are breakfasts. This is a lovely, traditional French and charming hotel. I can't rate it highly enough. The tortoises in the coart yard just added to the hotel's charm and were suprisingly nifty."

"The location is perfect for escaping noise and environmental pollution. The hosts are very kind and respectful; they were eager to ensure we had a wonderful stay.The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed; it was very cozy and comfortably accommodated 5 or 6 people.Shops—such as Lidl, Super U, and others—are within a 20-minute drive. There are plenty of places to visit and activities to enjoy, including a zoo, museums, horseback riding, dairy farm tours, crop fields, hiking, cycling, and more.We will undoubtedly return to this place."

"Enchantés par cette réservation. La situation à 10 mn à pied du centre de Cauterets est parfaite. La vue sur la vallée est tout simplement admirable. Et que dire des propriétaires Odile et Bernard toujours prêts à vous conseiller sur les centres d'intérêts de la région. Nous recommandons fortement et nous espérons bien y revenir."

"We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour around the Pyrenees. This hotel was really well located and in a quiet area. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely. We were disappointed that the use of the pool/spa was an additional cost and only allowed 45 minutes, so we didn’t use it."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."

"Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. This is a pristine place to stay especially if you are touring the Pyrenees. A number of fellow motorcyclists were staying at the same time."
