"Basic hotel with part-time reception and very basic rooms. Helpful staff but only speak Spanish. Didn’t see any sign of restaurant being open. Assume it’s really intense for ski season."

"Very"

"Really cool little bar/restaurant downstairs, nice quiet rooms with loads of hot water in the baths and really comfy beds. Amazing views of the mountains from the window and all around the hotel. Staff were great, some were able to speak in English, others in Spanish so we found everything easy. Would definitely stay again"

"It was perfect for our ski trip, really close and very cozy"

"Everything good. Great, comfy one night stop between France and Spain."

"Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. "Everything was fine except there was no hair conditioner. Otherwise, breakfast was good, bed comfortable and good housekeeping . Overall a good value."

"Very old. We had a room for two - small and not well preserved. But we loved the spa, looks renovated."

"Accommodation was great but had problems with both the microwave and hob. The guy on reception was really great in trying to help. Really good location. Parking was difficult. But overall I recommend the place."

"Okish..bit tired..needs a makeover.. everything wrapped in plastic mugs towels etc. No need. Neddsed air con in the stifling heat"

"Chambre conforme au descriptif, simple et efficace idéal pour une personne et pour une nuit"

"Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town. Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour"

"Fantastic hotel.one gripe was not receptionist - well there was but it was a talking tv running ChatGPT. It works for basic things like check in and out, but if you have an issue it’s useless and tells you to walk to the other bigger hotel."

"Very very friendly staff, good beer at the pool"

"Jean Claude a été très réactif et présent à notre arrivée. Le logement est spacieux, le lit confortable mesure 1M80 de large. Très agréable de stationner la voiture devant l'entrée. L'équipement est très complet ce qui est assez rare. "
