"Sarah, at the front desk made it the BEST! We had a terrible experience the night before, and she turned it around. Our room was perfect and waiting for us to relax and enjoy. Breakfast was yummy and the shower water pressure sublime. Can I give it 10 stars?"

"The whole hotel was very clean. Nice thick towels. Staff was nice. Check in and out was easy. Pool was amazing. Clean and warm. It does have divots out of the concrete on the bottom that need some maintenance. My room was nice and clean. The lighting in the room is rather low, could stand to be a little brighter. It’s very quiet. There’s not much in the area. It’s on a medical campus so I’m not sure what kind of clientele they typically have. Didn’t seem like it was for pleasure so much as business or to stay near the hospital. I was here for pleasure to see a show in the area. Nothing walkable. Since there aren’t many restaurants nearby I would’ve liked more casual options to eat in my room. I liked the hotel but not so much the location. "
