"Our family had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott Madurai, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We had booked three rooms for our family gathering, and from the moment we checked in, the staff (Karthiga and team) made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thanks to the hotel team for thoughtfully upgrading one of our rooms. It gave us a larger space where our family could comfortably spend quality time together, making our trip even more memorable. This thoughtful gesture truly reflected the warmth and hospitality of the staff. The hotel offers excellent amenities for families. The play area kept the kids entertained, while the rest of us had plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and catch up. The property is well maintained, clean, and provides a pleasant atmosphere for guests of all ages. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was an impressive variety of dishes catering to different tastes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. Every member of our family found something they enjoyed, making breakfast a great way to start each day. Overall, we had a comfortable, relaxing, and fun-filled family stay. The courteous staff, excellent service, family-friendly amenities, and delicious breakfast made our experience truly memorable. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Madurai and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
