" What a gem! Amanda’s funky Old Arvada spot oozes personality in all the best ways. She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!"

"Great location, comfortable rooms, had everything we needed and was very clean inside. Hot tub was hot and ready, easily accessible from inside the house. Outdoor drapes added nice impression of privacy while we were using the hot tub. We had intended to use the cold plunge, but it was not ready to use. In fact, it's a bath-tub sized trough which we would have had to find ice and and hose to fill, had it been empty and clean. To be fair, maybe we should have specified we planned to use it....

"Lower level apartment is in a great neighborhood, tons of places to eat nearby and is not a long distance from other cities to visit such as Golden and Boulder. Neighborhood is very quiet barely saw any activity on the street outside and it was July 4th week."
