  • Ideal place to enjoy a beautiful beach, the GR34, to do or take sailing lessons, play tennis, golf, go to the casino, and enjoy the many activities of the port and its restaurants. From Port Navalo, embark to the many islands in the surronding area (Ile de Houat, de Houédic, Belle Ile) and Le Golf du Morbihand.(Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Ars)
    Quiet apartement, close to all shops. Duplex T3, 6 people,2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Located in The Cap Océan residence, 2nd. floor.Furnished terrace, superb view of the port and the sea.
    Parking, bicycle shelters, free wifi.
    First level : entrance with cupboards, living room, fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker+Nespresso, micro wave etc...)
    Sofas including 1 bed of 140 for daily sleeping, TV, cupboards, Table and chairs. Shower room, WC.
    Cabin bed room with 2 bunk beds of 80cm.
    Large terrace with table and chairs.

We had the most amazing stay in this wonderful villa. The location is ideal if you want peace and privacy. The villa is superbly equipped, especially the kitchen which was lacking nothing. The beds are super comfortable and the outside space is so well set up. The communication from the host was superb - loads of local information shared which was really useful. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing place for a wonderful holiday.

Perfekte Lage an der Hafenpromenade mit tollem Blick vom Balkon, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, auch wenn man selber kochen möchte. Größe des Appartements war für unsere Familie mit vier Personen ok. Für sechs Personen eher knapp bemessen.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, au calme et proche des commerces. Il est très confortable, fonctionnel, avec des équipements et des rangements au top La vue sur le port est superbe. M. Morel Deville est une personne extrêmement gentille et attentionnée et Martine et Françoise sont très accueillantes. Tout est prévu pour qui vous passiez un très agréable séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
