There are two modern bathrooms, including one on the ground floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) lets you prepare meals just like at home.



Enjoy underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs powered by a heat pump for year-round comfort. A secure bike garage is available, perfect for exploring the region’s many cycling paths.
