Between Port Crouesty and the beaches, this is the ideal location for a wonderful holiday with family or friends! This comfortable family home was fully renovated in 2023. The house is approximately 150 m² and comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a large under-stairs cupboard (shelves/hanging space), a separate toilet with a washbasin and urinal, a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a 3-burner induction hob, a fridge-freezer with 3 freezer drawers, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso Vertuo large capsule coffee machine. There is also a bar/breakfast area with 3 stools. The living/dining room (fireplace not for use) opens onto the terrace.
