Charmante maison à 2 pas de la plage, très joliment rénovée avec goût.La terrasse et le jardin sont agréables, c'est calme.On peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo.La communication avec la concierge est très facile.Le seul bémol est le fait ne ne pas pouvoir stationner les vélos sur la propriété.

Logement très agréable, une belle rénovation au calme et proche de la plage. Mais, aucune autorisation de stationner 2 vélos sur la propriété. Pourtant le vélo sur Arzon est le moyen de déplacement idéal. La location est une extension de la maison occupée par le propriétaire.
