"We were greeted by a super helpful and kind staff and our stay was very relaxed. The location is central and the fact that the hotel allowed us the in and out privilege into the parking garage ( which is part of the JR station shopping complex) was a plus!"

"全体的に汚い箇所が多かったです。 ・食器の一番上はきれいだが、その下に重なっている食器は洗っていないのが分かるほど汚れていた。 ・浴室内も手が届くだろう範囲で黒カビだらけ ・ベッドルームでは布団をめくると虫の死骸があった 価格は抑えられているが、清潔感がなく、安心して休める場所ではなく残念でした。"
